Andrew Glitherow began his career as an apprentice with EE Smith Contracts, a British company with over a century of experience manufacturing commercial and retail cabinetry of the highest quality. Andrew's interest in woodworking has been lifelong. While still an apprentice, he won second prize in a national cabinetmaking competition sponsored by The Worshipful Company of Carpenters and The Institute of Carpenters. Since then he has gained experience in every aspect of the trade from joinery and site installation to project management and CNC programming. Having obtained certification as a CAD draftsman, Andrew began working for GT Morgan Shopfitters where he worked on projects for The Body Shop, Next and many others. More recently he has been employed in Canada by Spearhead Timberworks as the millwork draftsman for this manufacturer of custom timber frame homes and commercial structures. Andrew now draws on his diverse experience in the woodworking industry to bring a quality service to his clients and shares his expertise as an evening instructor of AutoCAD.

"We have found Andrew to be both confident and able to produce detail drawings and CNC programmes for anything we threw at him, including very complex display stands. Being time served, and a prize winner at that, he has a sound knowledge of his trade."
